- Send to you an Instruction Kit to be completed and returned so we can best meet your needs with regards to the sale
- Order necessary Searches for annexure to the Contract
- Prepare the Contract and forward it to the Real Estate Agent of your choice
- Receive Sales Advice from the Real Estate Agent when the property is sold
- Advise you of the exchange of contracts and the cooling off period if any
- Liaise with your outgoing Mortgagee advising them of the sale and the due date for settlement
- Answer Requisitions on Title served by the Purchaser’s Conveyancer
- Receive and peruse Transfer document and forward it to you for execution prior to settlement
- Co-ordinate the settlement date with your lender and the Purchaser’s Conveyancer in the time frames imposed by the contract
- Confirm deposit held by the Agent before submitting final figures and cheque directions to the
- Purchaser’s Conveyancer
- Notifying the Real Estate Agent of the settlement and authorising release of the keys to the purchaser
