Selling a Property

  • Send to you an Instruction Kit to be completed and returned so we can best meet your needs with regards to the sale
  • Order necessary Searches for annexure to the Contract
  • Prepare the Contract and forward it to the Real Estate Agent of your choice
  • Receive Sales Advice from the Real Estate Agent when the property is sold
  • Advise you of the exchange of contracts and the cooling off period if any
  • Liaise with your outgoing Mortgagee advising them of the sale and the due date for settlement
  • Answer Requisitions on Title served by the Purchaser’s Conveyancer
  • Receive and peruse Transfer document and forward it to you for execution prior to settlement
  • Co-ordinate the settlement date with your lender and the Purchaser’s Conveyancer in the time frames imposed by the contract
  • Confirm deposit held by the Agent before submitting final figures and cheque directions to the
  • Purchaser’s Conveyancer
  • Notifying the Real Estate Agent of the settlement and authorising release of the keys to the purchaser
