- Advice to the outgoing mortgagee of the proposed transfer of the property and requesting the discharge of Mortgage be prepared and a payout figure obtained
- Obtaining Title Search from the Department of Lands
- Preparation of Transfer and Notice of Sale
- Obtaining a Valuation of the property for the purposes of the Office of State Revenue and the
stamp duty payable - Attending the purchasers on the execution of Loan Contract and Mortgage Documents if applicable
- Assisting with First Home Owner’s documentation regarding stamp duty and first homeowners
grant if applicable - Attending to stamping of the Transfer at the Department of Lands
- Attending all parties on the execution of the Transfer
- Co-ordination of settlement with both outgoing and incoming mortgagees
